STEP : 1
Take the bottle gourd peel of the skin and chop well in to a fine pieces with a chopper and take that of one cup.

Take one bowl add rice flour of 1/2 cup to it and add some pinch of salt i.e 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well.
STEP : 3
Now add cumin of 1/2 table spoon to the rice flour mix well until it mixes with the flour and kept aside.

After that add green chili paste and ginger paste of 1/2 table spoon each to the bowl and mix well with the rice flour.

Now add the chopped bottle gourd pieces in to it mix well until it applies to all the rice flour in the bowl.

Without water mix well the ingredients the bottle gourd water is sufficient for mixing this and made to a thick paste.

Take a pan add oil of 2 to 3 table spoons to it and made the pan heat for some time in a medium flame.
STEP : 8
Take one cover and take some paste and spread all over it to form a round shape like a roti in order to fry.

When the pan is heated spread this on the pan and add some oil to it in order to make it fry.

When one side is fried turn to other side and also made it fry after that take into the serving bowl.
