Instant Healthy Breakfast Recipe For Bottle Gourd Roti

Ingredients
Bottle Gourd Roti
- 1.00 cup bottle gourd
- 0.50 cup rice flour
- 0.50 tbsp salt
- 0.50 tbsp butter
- 0.50 tbsp green chili paste
- 0.50 tbsp ginger paste
- 8.00 tbsp oil
- 0.50 tbsp cumin
Instructions
Bottle Gourd Roti
- Take the bottle gourd peel of the skin and chop well in to a fine pieces with a chopper and take that of one cup.
- Take one bowl add rice flour of 1/2 cup to it and add some pinch of salt i.e 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well.
- Now add cumin of 1/2 table spoon to the rice flour mix well until it mixes with the flour and kept aside.
- After that add green chili paste and ginger paste of 1/2 table spoon each to the bowl and mix well with the rice flour.
- Now add the chopped bottle gourd pieces in to it mix well until it applies to all the rice flour in the bowl.
- Without water mix well the ingredients the bottle gourd water is sufficient for mixing this and made to a thick paste.
- Take a pan add oil of 2 to 3 table spoons to it and made the pan heat for some time in a medium flame.
- Take one cover and take some paste and spread all over it to form a round shape like a roti in order to fry.
- When the pan is heated spread this on the pan and add some oil to it in order to make it fry.
- When one side is fried turn to other side and also made it fry after that take into the serving bowl.
