Generally the bottle gourd are used for doing of many recipes and also used for doing of sweet items here we are doing one snack item which really tastes good and also healthy one for this the combination using are the rice flour.

Ingredients of Bottle gourd roti

1.00 cup bottlegourd
0.50 cup riceflour
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp butter
0.50 tbsp greenchilipaste
0.50 tbsp gingerpaste
8.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp cumin

Take the bottle gourd peel of the skin and chop well in to a fine pieces with a chopper and take that of one cup.
