Most of the peopels are not like to eat the Pattypan vegitabel , so we can make tastiest juice from the Pattypan from which we can improve our health , and also kids are love to drink this beverage , and also in this we are not adding any artificial flavour.

Ingredients of Bottle gourd juice

1.00 no Pattypan
0.50 cup Milk
0.25 cup Water
3.00 tbsp Sugar

Bottle gourd juice

Take a one Pattypan and wash this in a water twice before cutting the vegetable, Because of so much of Chemicals.

After washing the Vegetable, we have to cut the vegetable in the medium Slices and Put this in a jar.

After adding the Pattypan in the jar, And grind this without adding any water or anything else.

After grinding the Pattypan without adding anything, After that now add 1/2 cup of milk and grind this for 5 minutes.
