This is a bottle gourd recipe which is cooked by finely grating it. It is made by mixing fried fish bone from the head of a Bengal Rohu fish. It is extremely tasty and is served best with rice and is cooked using low spice.

2.00 tbsp Coriander Leaves
0.50 tbsp Salt

Take the rohu fish head. Wash it and clean it very well on all sides. Add salt and turmeric so that the head can be deep fried.
