Ingredients of Boondi laddu
STEP : 1
first of all take the bowl and add the basin flour and then add the salt for taste and mix well.

now add the water and mix well with out any lumbs in the middle and prepare like a loose batter.

now take the pan and add the oil for deep fry and then prepare the bundhi with the bundhi maker.
STEP : 4
now fry these bundhies in the oil for 5 minutes so that they change their color and then take them in to a plate.

now take a pan and add the ghee and fry the kaju in the ghee until they turn to light golden color.
STEP : 6
now ready for te preparation of the sugar syrup ,for that add the one cup of the sugar in the pan.

now add the water in that and mix well and boil that content until the syrup formed like a thin syrup.

now add the ilachi powder and and mix well and then add the prepared bundhi in the sugar syrup and mix well.
STEP : 9
now take the plate and take that bhundi in to the plate and cool it down for 5 minutes and then take small portion and prepare like laddus.
STEP : 10
now take a serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious bhundi laddus in the plate and garnish with the fried kaju.
