This is a kheer made from full cream milk . The boondi is boiled in milk and ghee tossed almonds are added to the same. It is flavoured with cardamom seed and is best served after it has been chilled on preparation

Ingredients of Boondi ki Kheer

2.00 cup Boondi
1.00 liter Milk
0.50 liter CondensedMilk
4.00 tbsp Almond
5.00 tbsp Sugar
2.00 tbsp Ghee
0.25 tbsp CardamomPowder

Now drain the excess ghee from the almond and then set it aside in a bowl so that it can be used for garnishing the kheer.
