Ingredients of Boondi curry
STEP : 1
First of all take the bowl and add the one cup of besin flour and add the salt for taste and add the water and mix well.

now switch on the stove and preheat the oil for deep fry and then prepare the bhundi using the bhundi maker.

now fry the bhundi well like a golden color and take that in to a plate and spread the red chilly powder and keep aside.

now take a pan fry the onions in the oil for 5 minutes and then add the one tbsp of turmeric powder and mix well then add the red chilly powder.

now mean while take the a bowl and add the tamarind and water and then prepare the juice from that.

now take the one glass of water add that water in the fried items and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

now after that the water will comes to more closer and then add the tamarind juice and cook again for 5 minutes.

now after coking that tamarind juice add the prepared bhundi in the gravy and mix once and cook again for 5 minutes.

now after that the gravy comes more closure and then switch off the stove and keep aside for 10 minutes so that bhundi absorbs the juice content well.
