A Bengali boal mach recipe healthy and testy fish curry. This is a recipe for the special occasion lunch. served this fish curry with hot steamed rice for a happy meal. This recipe not only healthy but also very much testy preparation.

Ingredients of Boal macher jhal

1.00 kg boalfish
1.00 no onion
1.00 no ginger
0.50 tbsp cuminseedspowder
0.50 tbsp corianderseedspowder

0.25 tbsp garammasalapowder
0.25 tbsp kalonji
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmericpowder
0.25 cup oil
