STEP : 1
Take the carilla gourd clean them up and cut in to the round slices of fine pieces in order to make the recipe.

Take this in to the one bowl and add salt of 1 table spoon and turmeric powder of 1/2 table spoon to it mix well and store for 4 to 5 hours before the preparation.

After that squeeze the water from it due to adding of salt in the pieces and take the pieces in to the separate bowl.

Take one pan add oil of 1 liter to it and made it to heat the oil in a high flame.

After heating of oil add the carilla gourd pieces in to the oil and made them fry until the color changes.

After that add some 1/2 table spoon of salt to the pieces mix well and keep on the stove for some time.

Add dry coconut powder to the fried pieces and mix well fry the coconut powder for some time in a low flame.
STEP : 8
And now add chana powder of 1/2 table spoon to the fried pieces mix well and made it to heat the chana fry.

After that add turmeric powder of 1/2 table spoon to the pieces and mix well and put off the stove .

Now before taking in to the serving bowl add red chili powder of 1/2 table spoon to the pan and mix well .
