  • 1.00 cup carillagourd
  • 1.00 liter oil
  • 0.25 cup salt
  • 0.50 tbsp redchilipowder
  • 0.50 tbsp coconutpowder
  • 0.50 tbsp chanapowder
  • 0.50 tbsp turmericpowder

  • Take the carilla gourd clean them up and cut in to the round slices of fine pieces in order to make the recipe.

  • Take this in to the one bowl and add salt of 1 table spoon and turmeric powder of 1/2 table spoon to it mix well and store for 4 to 5 hours before the preparation.

  • After that squeeze the water from it due to adding of salt in the pieces and take the pieces in to the separate bowl.

  • Take one pan add oil of 1 liter to it and made it to heat the oil in a high flame.

  • After heating of oil add the carilla gourd pieces in to the oil and made them fry until the color changes.

  • After that add some 1/2 table spoon of salt to the pieces mix well and keep on the stove for some time.
