STEP : 1
Take the bitter gourd and cut them to round slices in a desired manner in order to make the pickle with lemon.

Collect these pieces in to one the bowl and add salt of 1/2 table spoon to the pieces and mix well.

Also add some turmeric powder of 1/2 table spoon to the bitter gourd pieces and mix well until the salt dissolves.

Take one pan add oil of 1 liter to it and made the oil to heat for some time in a medium flame.

Squeeze the pieces from the salt mixed one and allow to partially fried in the oil for some time to get the taste.

After the bitter gourd pieces are partially fried take them to one bowl and kept aside for some time to cool down.

Once they are cooled add the lemon juice into the pieces and mix well until the pieces absorbs the lemon juice.

Now add some salt of taste into the pieces and mix well until the salt dissolves in the lemon juice added to the pieces.

After that add the coriander powder of 1/2 table spoon to the bowl of pieces and mix well for some time.

Now add the red chili powder and green chilies mix well and keep for 2 days without touching it after that take them out mix well and take in to the serving bowl.
