This is one of the pickle that we rarely do in out homes with the help of bitter gourd and lemon juice and this is one of the tasty pickle,also the combination is very good and also we are using some green chilies for doing this pickle.

Ingredients of Bitter gourd pickle

1.00 cup bittergourd
0.50 cup lemon
0.25 cup salt
0.50 liter oil
0.50 tbsp redchilipowder
0.50 tbsp greenchilies
0.50 tbsp corianderpower

Bitter gourd pickle

Take the bitter gourd and cut them to round slices in a desired manner in order to make the pickle with lemon.

Collect these pieces in to one the bowl and add salt of 1/2 table spoon to the pieces and mix well.
