STEP : 1
First of all take the kakarakayalu and cut them in to a round slices and wash them well and keep them aside.

Now take the bowl and add the water and boil them well and then add these round rings in the water and boil for 5 minutes.

Now take the plate and take all the ingrediants for the fry and keep them aside and then peel of the garlics.

now take the pan and switch on the stove and preheat the pan and add the oil for fry and add these ingrediants.

Now take the boiled kakarakaya rings in the water and add them in the pan and fry well and mix well.

Now take the spoon and fry well in the oil for 5 minutes then add the termeric powder and mix well.

Now take the salt and add sufficient salt for the fry and mix well untill all pieces mix well and fry in low flame.
STEP : 8
Now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious item with the kakarakaya and garnish with corriander and spread the lemon juice while eating.
