STEP : 1
For frying turn on the flame,place a pan add half cup of oil and let it heat.

STEP : 2
Add two tablespoon of urad dal in hot oil and let it fry in medium flame

Add a tablespoon of chana dal in hot oil and let it fry in medium flame

Add a cup of coriander seeds in hot oil and let it fry in medium flame

Add a tablespoon of mustard seeds along with the spices and let it fry medium flame.

Add a single cinnamon and lavang along with the spices and let it fry medium flame.

Add few dry red chilies along with the spices and let it fry medium flame.

Add a tablespoon of cumin seeds in hot oil and let it fry in medium flame

Add a tablespoon of poppy seeds in hot oil and let it fry few seconds.

Add few curry leaves in a low heat and let it fry for few seconds.

Turn off the flame,allow the spices to cool and then add the spices in a blender.

For Bisi Bele Bath Preparation

STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare bisi bele bath,we need , little millet,green peas,onions,green chilies, red chilies,ginger,tomatoes,carrot,beans,cumin seeds, garam masala,coriander powder,red chili powder,turmeric powder,cumin seeds powder,garlic cloves,urad dal,coriander seeds,chana dal,toor dal,mustard seeds,hing,ghee,cinnamon,lavang,,oil and salt.

Take 500 gram of little millet or saamai in a separate bowl to soak it.Add required cup of water and let the mile soak under 30 to 35 minutes.

Take a lemon size ball tamarind for syrup in a separate bowl to soak it.Add a cup of water and soak it under 10 to 15 minutes o extract the tamarind.

Now wash the mixed vegetables of our choice and peel the skin,cut into small pieces.

Now take a bowl and add chopped drumstick,nookal,french beans and carrot.Finally ,add the medium size brinjal pieces to boil the mixed vegetables.

Add required cup of water along with the vegetables to get rid of oxidising from brinjal.

Now strain the mixed vegetables completely using strainer in a separate bowl and keep side.

Take a mixie or blender jar,add few garlic cloves to make a semi coarse paste.

Add half inch size of ginger pieces in a blender along with the garlic cloves.

Blend it for few minutes till it becomes soft and transfer it in a bowl.

Take a cup of toor dal or toovar dal in a separate bowl .Add a cup of water and let the dal soak it once to remove impurities.

For tampering turn on the flame,place a pressure cooker ,add a tablespoon of oil and let it melt.

Add a cup of thin sliced onions and saute all these and let it cook for few minutes.

Add 3 to 4 green chillies or red chillies finely chopped and saute them for few minutes .

Add semi grounded ginger garlic paste and mix it completely,let the raw smell goes away.

Add a cup of finely chopped tomatoes and saute the mixture very well until the tomatoes are nicely boiled.

Add a cup of green peas and mix it ,let the green peas blend with gravy.

Add the mixed vegetables and mix it completely,let the vegetables cook for 5 to 8 minutes.

Add the water strained dal and mix it completely ,let it cook for few seconds.

Add half tablespoon of turmeric powder for a taste along with the cooking mixture .

Add a tablespoon of salt or as per your taste and mix it well throughly.

After mixing it ,add the soaked and drained millet and mix it well with gravy.

Squeeze the tamarind extract and add the concentrate along with the mixture and mix it .

According to the measurement ,add 6 to 8 cups of water in the mixture and mix it.

When everything is complete,Close the pressure cooker lid and leave it for 5 whistles in medium flame.

After 5 whistles ,turn off the flame,when the pressure comes down ,slowly open the lid .

Add the blended bisi bele bath spices along with the millet and vegetables and mix it.

Add a tablespoon of ghee on top of the mixture and cook it in a medium flame.

Turn on the flame,place a pan or vessel add 3 to 5 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Add a pinch of hing or asafoetida in hot oil and let it start frothing,it is optional.
