Biryani masala powder is easily make at home with less ingredients and less time consuming to prepare. It is very helpful to working women and the masala recipe must in every indian kitchen.

- 1.00 tbsp Cloves
- 1.00 tbsp Elaichi
- 1.00 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1.00 tbsp Jeera
- 2.00 tbsp Dhaniya
- 1.00 tbsp Black pepper
- 2.00 nos Bayleaf
Instructions
Biryani Masala Powder
- First of all take the plate and take the one tbsp of the cloves and add them in the plate.
- Now take the one tbsp of the cinnamon sticks and add them in the plate.
- Now take the elaichi and add 1 tbsp of the elaichi in the plate as shown.
- Now take the dhaniya and add one or two tbsp of dhaniyalu in the plate as shown.
- Now take the black pepper and add one tbsp of the pepper seeds in the plate.
- Now take another plate and dry roast the all items and keep aside if you want you can dry them under sunlight.
- Now take the dried items and add them to the mixy jar as shown in the image.
- After that take the dhaniyalu and add them to the mixy jar as shown in the image.
- Now take the pepper and add them to the mixy jar as shown in the image.
- Now grind all items until they became like fine powder and keep that mixy jar aside for 5 minutes as shown.
- Now take the bowl and take the prepared powder into the bowl slowly as shown.
- Store the powder in the tight jar for more days ,thats it easy masala powder is ready.
