Rice and lentel is the staple diet in all India household. Gobindo bhoge rice and green gram cooked with some vegetables and spices. A simple and delicious way to make a fragrant bhuni kirichi. Eat it with an accompaniment like any fried vegetable or pakora or a simple veg recipe .

Ingredients of Bhuna khichuri

1.00 cup Gobindo bhoge rice
1.00 cup green gram
1.00 no potato
10.00 no gourd cube
0.25 tbsp panch phoron
2.00 no dried red chili
0.50 tbsp salt
3.00 tbsp oil
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
2.00 tbsp ghee
0.50 tbsp garam masala
1.00 no ginger cubes

Bhuna khichuri

Take some gobindo bhoge rice, some green gram, gourd, potato, tomato, red dried chili, panch phoron all those things bring together and keep aside .

STEP : 1

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when oil become hot add the potato cubes in to the hot oil and add some salt in it then fry it for two minutes in high flame and keep aside.

Then add the rice and green gram in to the fried masala and cook it for few minutes properly and stare it contentiously.
