- 0.50 kg Bhindi
- 0.50 cup Dhaniya powder
- 2.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Red chili pwder
- 0.50 tbsp Haldi powder
- 0.25 cup Oil
Instructions
Bhindi Masala Fry
- First we cutting the onion in small size and take it in a bowl with rest required ingredients in required amount of that.
- Now we rake the bhindi and clean it. after clean the bhindi we cut the bhindi at center at one side only.
- Now we filled the ready masala of ingredients in the bhindi properly that bhindi is cut at the center one side.
- after filling the masala in bhindi we take a pot and heat the oil in it. after hearing the oil we drop the masala filled bhindi in it and cook it.
- Now after few minutes we mix the salt in it properly. now finally with in the few minutes the masala bhindi is cooked properly and it is ready to the serve now.
