STEP : 1
First of all take the onions an cut them in to very small pieces and then take ladies fingers and cut them in to a long pieces.

now switch on the stove and add the oil for deep fry and fry the ladies finger pieces in the oil for 5 minutes.

now fry them until they become crispy and take them in to a plate and keep aside now fry the onions.

now fry these onions until they fry like a golden color and then add the tomato pieces and fry for 5 minutes.

now stuff the garam masala and the ginger garlic paste in the fried ladies fingers and keep aside now add the little ginger garlic paste in the onions and fry.

now fry the onions and tomato and ginger garlic paste for some time and then add the stuffed ladies finger and fry.

now add the one tbsp of turmeric powder ,salt and fry well once so that all the items mix well and absorbs.

now after frying that add the red chilly powder and mix well with the spoon and fry for 5 minutes.

now after frying them add the little water and keep a lid over the pan and cook for 3 minutes.

now the oil oozes out and switch off the stove and take a serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious ladies finger masala with rice or roti.
