- 10 No Bhindi
- 2 No Onion
- 1 No Tomato
- 2 No Greenchili
- 2.00 Tbsp Salt
- 1.00 Tbsp Redchlipowder
- 1/2 Tbsp Haldipowder
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Oil
Instructions
Bhindi do pyaza
- First we take the green bhindi and clean it. after clean the bhindi we cut it in small size and take it in a bowl.
- Now we take all the rest ingredients in required amount in another bowl and also take the curd in a bowl.
- Now we take a pot and heat the oil in it and after heating the oil we mix the cutting onion and tomato in it first.
- now with in the few minutes the onion and tomato is going to the cook properly then we mix the ingredients masala in it.
- after cooking the onion or payaj properly we mix the cutting bhindi in it and cook it at the low temperature.
- Now with in the few minutes the bhindi do payaj is going to the cook then we mix the salt in it.
- Now we mix the curd and water in it properly and cook it again for few minutes at the low temperature.
- Now with in the few minutes the testy bhindi do payji is cooked properly and it is ready to the serve.
