Ingredients of Bhel puri
STEP : 1
As the first step take a potato and cut it into 4 pieces and take a bowl and add the 1 cup water boil them.

and now prepare tamarind sauce for bhelpuri with some tamarind and take a bowl of water and heat it and add sugar and chili powder.

and now take a fresh and clean onion and peel it off and cut into very small pieces for bhelpuri and add it into a bowl.

and now take a fresh tomato and clean it with fresh water and cut them into small pieces and add the tomato pieces into a fresh bowl.

and now for preparing bhel puri take a big bowl and add the 4 cups of murmure heated and crispy to bowl.

and now after adding the murmure to bowl add the cup of chopped tomato and chopped onions to the bowl and dont mix.

and now take a oil pan and heat it and add the ground nuts and fry for some time till it turns brown and crispy and add them to bowl.

and now donŽt mix all of them and add the tamarind soup prepared on the top of the ingredients and use only cold sauce.

and now add the one cup of aloo bhujia and potato paste and the mixture of one cup to the mixture and add the puris for crispiness.

and now add all the ingredients in the bowl with the bare hands or use scoop if you needed and take the mixture into a fresh plate and serve.
