STEP : 1
Step 1: take needed amount of maida flour and add salt to taste. Mix it a little.

Step 2: then add the red chilly powder and turmeric powder in to the maida flour.

Step 3: after that, add a small pinch of garam masala powder in to the maida flour.

Step 4 : now, add a spoon of ghee which gives the smooth and soft while frying the bhakarwadi.

Step 5: Add curd in to the maida, that gives a elastic nature while we adding poorna in to the maida.

Step 6: Mix all the ingredients well in to the maida. Then add some amount of water.

Step 7 : make sure that the maida is in solid consistency. Then add water again. You can also add oil simultaneously.

Step 8: at last the flour is ready. In the last stage of the flour preparation, add a spoon of oil.

Step 9: keep the flour aside. Minimum this must be soak for 2 to 3 hours. Wait for some time.

Step 25: cut the chapathi roll by using knife. If you want small pieces you can cut small slices.

Step 26: now, place a pan. After the pan gets heated, add oil. Wait for the oil gets heated.

Step 27: take the cutted pieces one by one add in to the heated oil. Fry that one by one.
