First of all, take the besan in a plate as per the given quantity and see if there is any extra material.

Now, after all this, take the onion and chop it into very fine pieces, and take the garlic and the green chilly with it.

Now, after all that, take the oil in the pan and heat it on the low flame and then add the garlic to it.

Now, after all this, add the onion and the green chilly to the pan till the onion gets little bit brown.

Now, after all this, add the besan to the oil pan and then cook it on the low flame for few minutes.

Now, after all that, when the besan gets cooked, add the water to the pan and mix it well and without lumps.

Now, after this, cook it for few minutes and when it starts flapping, take it out in the bowl and serve with parantha.
