Besan ki sabzi
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare besan pyaz ki sabji , we need gram flour, onion , tomato, coriander leaves, coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, mustard seeds, cumin seeds,green chillies,garlic, hing, curry leaves , oil and salt for a taste.
STEP : 2
Turn on the flame , place a vessel add 1/ 4th cup of gram flour, saute it lightly on low flame and keep aside.

Place a same vessel, add two to three tablespoon of cooking oil and let it heat for few seconds.

Add half tablespoon of cumin seeds and half tablespoon of mustard seeds and let it splutter for few seconds.

Add 4 to 5 crunched garlic cloves into hot oil and saute it lightly in a low flame.

Add 8 to 10 curry leaves into hot oil and let it splutter for few seconds.

Add 1/4th cup of green chillies or red chillies and saute it , you can also add ajwain seeds or carom seeds.

Add a cup of thin sliced onions or spring onion greens and saute till it turns light golden brown.

Add a tablespoon of salt or as per your taste and fry it for few seconds .

Add half tablespoon of turmeric powder and mix it thoroughly and leave it for few seconds.

Add a tablespoon of red chilly powder and cook it till the raw smell goes away.

Add a cup of tomatoes and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes till the tomatoes nicely blend with ingredients.

Add roasted gram flour into the mixture and mix it well, you can also add a cup of dahi or curd if you prefer.

Add half cup of fresh coriander leaves and mix it , you can also sprinkle basil leaves for good aroma.

Add a tablespoon of dhania or coriander powder, saute it well and let it cook for few seconds.

Add a tablespoon of garam masala powder, mix it well then add little bit of water to prepare sabji manner.

Add a pinch of hing or asafoetida for better taste and mix it thoroughly for few seconds.

When the bubbles slow down , turn off the flame and transfer the gravy in a seperate vessel, our yummy besan pyaaz ki sabji is ready to have for the combination of chappathi,roties,and rice.
