Masala Preparation

STEP : 1
These are the simple ingredients required to make the besan ki kadi at home. These ingredients are easily available in markets.

STEP : 2
First to make curry in a bowl take curd and in it add the ginger garlic paste.

STEP : 3
After adding the ginger garlic paste in the bowl now add the turmeric powder in it.

STEP : 4
Now let us add the red chilli powder and salt in the bowl. Add salt as per taste required.

After adding all the spices in the bowl now let us add the besan in the bowl.

Mix the mixture well till all the ingredients mixes with each other nicely. After mixing now filter the mixture using strainer or filter. To avoid any lumps from forming.

Add half glass of water in it and the washed curry leaves in the mixture of curry.

After adding curry leaves now add the green chillies washed and the chopped onions in the mixture.

Add the washed and chopped coriander leaves Kothmir in the mixture. Make sure that the process is done with out the stove.

Now dry roast the coriander seeds and grind it in grinder till powder form. And now add the coriander seeds powder in the mixture.

Cook this mixture on stove now for few minutes till the Bhajiya balls are prepared. Make sure that the stove is on the medium to low flame.
Preparation For Bhajiya Batter

STEP : 1
Now let us prepare Bhajiya batter for which we need to take a bowl and in it add the besan and ginger garlic paste.

Add salt as per taste required less or more and also turmeric powder in the bowl.

After adding the turmeric powder now let us add the red chilli powder in the bowl.

Add the chopped or dice onions in the bowl. Peel the skin of onion and chop it in pieces.

Add water slowly and mix it well till you get the batter consistency required. Mix it well and avoid forming lumps.

Now take a kadai and in it add the oil for deep frying. After the oil gets heated up now in it add the small portion of batter and deep fry Bhajiya till golden colour.

As all the bhajiya balls are fried now let us add the bhajiya balls in the curry. make sure that the stove is off now.

Now let us make tadka for the dish. Take a kadai and in it add little oil. After the oil gets heated up now add zeera and rai.

STEP : 9
After the zeera and rai starts splutter now add the chopped and peeled off garlic cloves in the kadai.

STEP : 10
As the garlic changes its colour now add the red chillies in the kadai. And switch off the flame.

STEP : 11
Add the prepared tadka in the curry mixture. Keep the distance while adding as it splutter.

Finally besan ki kadi is ready serve it hot or cold and enjoy the lovely food with all your friends and family members.
