STEP : 1
first you need to take the Ingredients sugar, milk, water, ghee, Besan , Cardamom powder.

first you need to heat the 2 tablespoon of ghee in a pan on a low flame.

Now you need to put Besan flour into the pan and Roast the gram flour in ghee.

until it starts changing colour and the flour emits a nice aroma. Let it cool completely.

Now you need to add a quarter cup of water and then mix it well.

Now you need to use whisk or by hand, let it dissolve completely without any lumps.

Now add half of the milk in a saucepan and stir it continuously keeping the flame on low medium.

It will thicken quickly and starts forming lumps if you don't stir.keep it in a low medium.

Now you need to add the sugar and then keep it until the sugar dissolves.

Now you need to put the cardamom into the Payasam and then mix it well .
