STEP : 1
Be ready with the besan flour of 1 cup which is used for the preparation process easily with this powder only.

Be ready with the green chilies and the ginger of the required portions in order to prepare this recipe easily with them.

Take a bowl add fresh water to it and add the green chilies and the ginger to the water and clean them.

Take the ginger to one plate and cut them to pieces small pieces which is used for the process of doing.

Now those cut ginger pieces must be smashed in to small pieces ans make a fine paste of the ginger in the plate.

Take the green chilies and cut them to small pieces of required size and kept aside for the preparation process easily.

Take another bowl add the besan flour of 1 cup to the bowl which can be used for the process of preparation.

Add the chopped green chilies of 1/2 table spoon to the flour in the bowl and mix well with a spoon.

Next add the smashed ginger paste of 1/2 table spoon and mix well in the bowl with all the flours slowly.

Add the salt of 1/2 table spoon to the flour and mix well with it until it applies to all the flour.

Take the sugar of 1/2 cup in the jar and made it to a fine powder without any sugar granules in it.

Add the sugar of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well with the flours in the bowl finely until all will apply.

Add the cumin of 1/4 table spoon to the flour in the bowl and mix well in the bowl only finely.

Add the curry leaf powder of 1/4 table spoon to the bowl containing the flours and mix well with them in the bowl.

To this add the fresh curd of 1 cup to the flour and mix well in the bowl if needed add some water.

We can see that it will forms a thin batten like a idli batten and make sure the batten is not too loose.

Take one pan add fresh ghee of 2 table spoons to it and apply to all the pan with the hands.

Pour this prepared mixture in to the greased pan with the ghee and left for some time and make the top even.

Take a pressure cooker put this on it and keep a lid on it without having the vessel for 5 minutes.

After these are ready take them out cooled down and made to pieces of diamond and then take in to the serving bowl.
