Besan ka chilla
STEP : 1
Take 1 or 2 green capsicums, 2 tomato of medium size, green chili for making capsicum and tomato puree. Also take 1 bowl sooji and besan.
STEP : 2
Now mix besan, sooji, salt as required, red chili powder, turmeric powder, hing 1 tablespoon, coriander powder, water as required in a bowl. Separately make puree of green capsicum and green chili and also make fine puree of tomato. Take 1 bowl curd.
STEP : 3
Put green capsicum puree, tomato puree, curd with the cheela batter which has already prepared in 2nd step. Stir it continuously so that no lumps remain. Take grate orange carrot and also chop onion on separate bowl.
STEP : 4
Also mix grated orange carrot and chopped onion with cheela batter. Keep this cheela batter aside for 30 minutes. After that heat 1 teaspoon oil on a non-stick pan and pour 1 cup of cheela batter on non-stick pan and spread it uniformly.
STEP : 5
Try to cook the cheela especially on medium flame. If you cook it on high flame they tend to get blacken very soon without being properly cooked from inside. Now turn the cheela to other side and cook it for 2 3 minutes.Transfer sooji besan cheela to a serving plate. Similarly make another cheela and decorate the tasty cheela with tomato ketchup for your kids.
