Ingredients of Besan dhokla
STEP : 1
I created final served khaman dhokla with coriander chutney.we need all ingredients like chickpeas flour, semolina, lemon juice, yogurt, salt, turmeric powder, sugar, & eno, that's all.

step 2 is get a big bowl & take 1 cup chickpeas flour, 1 cup semolina, 2 spoon lemon juice, 1 cup yogurt, add also 1 spoon salt, 1 spoon turmeric powder.

3rd step is all ingredients mix with 3/4 cup water & mix them properly into smooth batter make sure that there are no lumps.

4th step is now add fruit salt in batter and stir in one direction for approx 1 mins, its a very tasty & yummy khaman dhokla.

5th step is look at this pic, you will notice its size increase to almost double, this dish is very good choice for snacks.

6th step is now pour batter immediately into each greased plate with oil & then fill it upto 1/2 inch thickness.

7th step is turn on the heat & put it the dhokla utensil then fling 2 glasses water & boil it for 5 mins.

8th step after water boiled completely then put it dhokla tray & cover it up the plate for 15 mins on high flame.

9th step is after 15 mins,insert a knife or toothpick into dhokla and check if it comes out clean, if it does then it is ready otherwise cook 2 to 3 mins more.

10th step is now take ingredients for tadka first get curry leaf 6, den take mustard seed, sesame seed, & green chilly, mix together & keep a side, we will use this ingredients for tadka.

11 step is after completely ready khaman dhokla then cut the three kona pieces with knife, look at this pic, khaman dhokla very softy & floppy.

12 step is in separate frying kadai add 2 spoon oil & add prepared dry ingredients like curry leaves, mustard seed, sesame seed, green chilly fry them for 2 to 3 mins.

13th step now add 1 spoon salt, 1 red chilly powder, 1 spoon turmeric powder stir it well for 2 sec.

14th step is now add chopped prepared khaman dhokla in kadai then mix it well until each dhokla is coated well, now ready to serve tasty & yummy khaman dhokla with coriander chutney, every baby loves this dish very delightedly. Thanks done my tasty & spicy khaman dhokla, i hope you like it my dish.
