it is a sweet dish which is made with the besan and is very famous indian dish which is made along with the sugar as the main ingredients. The besan is cooked in the ghee in different forms at different time.

Ingredients of Besan barfi

1.00 kg Besan
0.25 kg ghee
1.00 kg sugar
5.00 cup water
1.00 cup crushed coconut

First of all take the besan as per the given quantity and sieve it properly to remove the rough content from it.
