Ingredients of Besan barfi
STEP : 1
First of all take the besan as per the given quantity and sieve it properly to remove the rough content from it.

Now, take the ghee in the pan for about 2 to 3 tablespoon and then heat it till it gets melt.

Now, after that, when the ghee gets melt, add the ghee to the besan and mix it well with the besan.

Now, after all this, take the water in the bowl and then heat it till the water gets little bit hot.

Now, when the water gets hot, close the burner and add the little bit of the water to the besan and ghee mixture.

Now, mix the water well in the besan and then make the dough out of it but the dough should be hard.

Now,when the dough is ready, take the dough and break the dough into small pieces and make them in a proper shape.

After making this, take the ghee in the and when the ghee gets hot, add the pieces to the pan for deep frying.

we will deep fry all the pieces in different slots and when it gets little bit red, take it out of the pan.

Now, after that, when the pieces gets cool down after a while, crush all the pieces to make the small pieces of it.

when all the pieces gets crushed, take the mixer and then grind the crushed pieces to make the tiny mixture of it.

When all the the pieces are grind in the mixer, sieve the tiny mixture to remove big pieces from the mixture.

Now, after that, take the little bit of ghee in the pan and then cook the above mixture into it till it gets brown in color.

Now, take it out from the pan and then take the sugar into a big bowl as per the mentioned quantity.

After taking the sugar, add the water to the sugar bowl but the level of the water should be just above the sugar.

Now, let the sugar melt for sometime in the water, heat the bowl on the medium flame till the sugar gets caramelized.

After this, add the cooked mixture & little bit ghee to the caramelized sugar and mix it well and let it rest for around 5 minutes.

Now, after all this, add some crushed coconut to it and then take the big wash bowl and place the little bit of ghee over it .

After this, pour the mixed content on this big wash bowl and place it equally over the bowl and garnish it with crushed coconut.

Now, let it cool for around 2 hours and then make the pieces out of it and is ready to serve.
