STEP : 1
Take the Pomfret fish, wash it very well inside the stomach clean it well and scrub it. Then make slits on the body as shown.
STEP : 2
Add salt, turmeric, black pepper and tandoori masala powder to the fishes and coat them uniformly on both sides as shown.
STEP : 3
Heat oil in a tawa and add one of the fishes and fry it on one side very well. Also cook in simmer so that the interior of the fish is also cooked.
STEP : 4
Turn the fish to the other direction so that both sides are equally cooked and both the sides turn golden brown in color.
STEP : 5
Repeat the same process for the other fish and then drain the excess oil and set aside both the fish pieces to be served with garnishing.
STEP : 6
Make the garnishing ready by chopping the coriander leaves and then slicing the tomato and onion into large ring pieces.
