This is a simple dish made out of Pomfret fish which can be served as a snack or with rice and main course dinner. It is totally a dry fry item of the fish and contains masala coating on the fish while frying. It is served with coriander leaves toppings and salad.

Ingredients of Bengali style pomfret fry

2.00 no Pomfret
0.50 tbsp Salt
0.50 tbsp Turmeric
0.25 tbsp Tandoori Masala
0.25 tbsp Black Pepper
1.00 no Onion
1.00 no Tomato
2.00 tbsp Coriander Leaves
4.00 tbsp Oil

Bengali style pomfret fry

Take the Pomfret fish, wash it very well inside the stomach clean it well and scrub it. Then make slits on the body as shown.

Heat oil in a tawa and add one of the fishes and fry it on one side very well. Also cook in simmer so that the interior of the fish is also cooked.

A very simple and easy fish fry.. really helpful for ameture cooks who started their cooking career like me.. this is not the first time I tried your recipes...
