- 1.00 cup gobind bhog rice
- 1.00 kg milk
- 1.00 cup jagari
Instructions
Bengali Payesh
- Take some milk, some jagari, some Gobind bhog rice all those things bring together and keep aside.
- Take a pan then add some milk and hot the milk and cook it for few minutes in high flame.
- Take the Gobind bhog rice wash it properly and soak it for few minutes in water.
- Then add the rice in it and cook it for 30 minutes in low flame on the gas oven.
- Then add some jagri in it and cook it for few minutes in low flame on the gas oven.
- Then add some salt to it and cook it for few minutes in low flame.
- Serve this recipe cold in a serving bowl for eating with a rose for garnishing.
