STEP : 1
Cut the cauliflower into large sized florets and keep it in a bowl and wash it very well under running water.

Peel the potato and cut it into large sized cubes and then wash the cut potato under the tap of running water.
STEP : 3
Heat oil in a kadai. Add the potato cubes to the hot oil and deep fry the same till the potatoes turn golden brown.

After the potatoes are fried and they turn golden brown, drain the excess oil and set it aside in a bowl to cook the vegetable

Add the cauliflower florets to the hot oil and fey them in all directions and sprinkle some salt. Fry till the cauliflower softens and turns golden brown.

After the cauliflower has been fried drain the excess oil from it and remove the fried cauliflower from the oil and keep it in a bowl to make the vegetable

Take the green peas and wash it. - Chop the tomatoes and slit the green chili. - Make a paste from the ginger. - Make a garam masala paste from the cardamom and cinnamon. - Boil the coconut paste in 1.5 cups of water till it thickens and make a cup of coconut milk.

Heat oil in a kadai, add the cumin seeds, chopped tomato, ginger paste, the green chili and turmeric powder. - Fry till the tomato softens and melts. - Add some salt and the sugar. - Mix all the ingredients and fry for a minute or two.

Add the fried cauliflower and potato to the mixture in step 8 and mix it thoroughly. Cook it very well by stirring and fry it till the potato and cauliflower softens.

Add coconut milk to the mixture and cook till all the water is drained off. Add the garam masala and mix the fresh ghee to the dried vegetable before it is ready to be served.
