A classic and exotic Bengali recipe with kumrosakh,potato,brinjal,jhinga,gourd,adaptedespecially for lunch.An aromatic green leafy vegetables .Eaten with hot steamed rice or hot roti .It is a favourite with all members of the family.This is a dish of vegetarian but it love as well as non vagetarians.

Ingredients of Bengali kumro chenchki

0.50 kg kumrosukh
2.00 no potato
1.00 no brinjal
0.25 kg gourd
4.00 no pointed gourd
6.00 no bori big size
0.25 tbsp kalonji
2.00 no green chili
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
2.00 tbsp mustard oil

Cut and wash the kumro sukh ,cut some vegetables like potato,brinjal,gourd,pointed gourd etc and wash with water properly and keep aside,keep some bori. All those things bring together and keep aside.

Hot a pan and add some oil in it then add little bit if kalonji then wait for 1 minute then add the the vegetables and add salt and turmeric powder and fry for 5 minutes in low flame.
