Ingredients of Bengali fish Stew

STEP : 1
take two bele fish, cut the fish properly then wash with water and add some salt and turmeric powder in it and keep aside for five minutes.

Take two marinated fish and keep aside then take one brinjal, three green chilli, some coriander leaves and some kalonji and keep aside.

wash the brinjal and cut into pieces and keep aside, chop the coriander leaves, cut the green chilli, and kalonji take all together and keep aside

Hot a pan then add some oil into the hot pan, when oil become hot add the marinated fish pieces into the hot oil and fry the fish pieces.

Then hot a pan and then add some oil in it, when oil become hot add some kalonji and fry it for few seconds.

Then add the green chilli pieces into the hot oil and fry the green chilli for few seconds in high flame.

Then add the brinjal pieces into the hot oil and add some salt in it and fry the brinjal for few minutes in high flame.

Then add some water and some salt and some turmeric powder into the fried brinjal and cook them few minutes in high flame.

Then add the fried fish pieces into the cooked brinjal and saute then add the chopped coriander leaves and cook then for few minutes in high flame and off the gas oven.

Then serve the fish recipe hot in a serving bowl. Serve this recipe with hot steamed rice for a happy meal.
