A classic and exotic Bengali Bale fish recipe love all the fish lover. A healthy alternative to the regular fish curry , these delicately flavoured Bale fish curry with vegetables and mustered oil make a very bright meal served with hot steamed rice for a happy meal.

Ingredients of Bengali fish Stew

Hot a pan then add some oil into the hot pan, when oil become hot add the marinated fish pieces into the hot oil and fry the fish pieces.

this stew was really nice and a lot better than i had expected. the use of really nice as it gave that lathery meat texture for the stew and also the fish is really nice to taste. you can have this fish stew with rice chapatti or rotis as well . it is a good dish overall and does not require much time also to prepare.
