STEP : 1
Take the whole beckti, wash it and clean it very well so that there is no dirt in the fish and keep it aside for frying with salt and turmeric.

Take the onion and peel it, chop the green chili by slitting them. Chop the tomato into fine cubes.

Heat oil in a frying pan and then fry the fish marinated with salt and turmeric on both sides till it turns golden brown.

Fry all the fish in the oil and then remove it from the oil and drain the excess oil and set it aside for cooking the gravy.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion and tomato and green chili. Fry it very well till the onion becomes soften and the tomato melts.

Add the salt and turmeric to the kadai and mix it very well and cook it for a minute or two so that all the ingredients blend well.

Add the fried fish pieces to the kadai and mix it with the other contents and then add the mustard paste to the same.
STEP : 8
Mix the mustard paste and the fish and the rest of the ingredient well and then add a cup of water and bring it to boil and cook till the gravy thickens and water is almost dried up.

Pour the fish in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Then it is ready to be served with hot rice.
