This is a chicken thali combo which comprises of rice a dal and 3 types of bhajis, along with a dry chicken duck bungalow cooked in the Bengali style. Along with it there is a chutney made from tomato which is the sweet dish also at the end.

Dal Preparation

Take the moong dal, coconut paste, ginger paste, green peas, chopped tomato and the slit green chili to make the dal.

After the pressure is cooled open the lid and add garam masala powder and some ghee fried onion slices and cook in a kadai for a minute or two to remove any excess water. The chicken is now ready to be served as a part of the combo in a bowl.
