STEP : 1
Take the Carp fish and wash it and clean it very well. Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric and keep the fish for 30 minutes in a marinated state.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the marinated fish to it and fry in all directions so that the fish turns golden brown in color.
STEP : 3
After the fish has been fried drain the excess oil and remove it from the flames and keep the pieces aside.

Mix the mustard paste, poppy seeds paste and the coconut paste with a pinch of salt and stir them well.
STEP : 5
Heat oil in a kadai and add the kalonji seeds and the paste prepared in the above step. Add the slit green chili and salt and turmeric and mix it well.
STEP : 6
Add the fried fish to the masala above and mix very well and cook it well for 3-4 minutes and blend well. After that add half a cup of water and cook by covering the lid in simmer.
STEP : 7
After the fish has been thoroughly cooked and steamed and is softened and all the excess water is removed then it is ready to served with garnishing.
