Ingredients of Bendakaya pulusu
STEP : 1
Bring all the vegetable i.e tomato ,potato and okras for doing this recipe very fast and also some green chili flakes.

Cut all those vegetables in a required manner add them to bowl and pour some 1 to 2 glasses of water in to it.

Take a pressure cooker put the bowl in the pressure cooker and made it to boil for 10 to 15 minutes.

Also keep a lid on the pressure cooker with a vessel and made them to boil after pressure is gone open the lid.

Take a pan add oil of 2 to 3 table spoons to it and made the oil to heat for some time in a low flame.

After that add cumin of 1/2 table spoon and mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to the oil and made them to heat.

After that add those boiled pieces in to the pan containing oil and add turmeric powder to it and mix well.
STEP : 8
Add salt of 1/2 table spoon to the pulusu mix well until the salt dissolves in the pieces for some time.
STEP : 9
Add sugar of 1/2 table spoon for the taste purpose and mix well until the sugar dissolves in it in a low flame.

Before put off the stove add some red chili powder to it mix well and take in to the serving bowl.
