STEP : 1
Take the 3 colored bell peppers and chop them into small pieces as shown in the image. Peel the carrot and grate it into fine particles. Cut the bean into 3 or 4 slices. Peel the onion and garlic and wash them and chop them. Slit the green chili and cut it into small pieces.

Take the chicken cubes and cut them all into uniform sizes so that they all are cooked in the same time.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the chicken cubes mixed with salt and then fry them on all sides so that they turn golden brown. Remove the chicken from the flames.

Now add the garlic cloves into the hot oil and fry them till they turn golden brown in color and starts emitting smell.

Now once the garlic is fried add the green chili to the kadai and fry them well too till they are fried.

Add the onion and the bell peppers to the kadai and fry them well so that the onion turns pinkish in color and the bell peppers soften.

Now add the fried chicken pieces to the kadai and mix them with the rest of the contents and cook for a minute or two.

Now add the salt, carrots and beans and mix well and then add the hoisin sauce to the kadai and mix it well with the rest of the contents.

Add a cup of water and let the gravy start boiling and cook till the chicken is tender and then serve once the gravy is thickened.
