This is a very delicious and unique recipe. I have never heard of pakoda made of brinjal. So I was very eager to try it at home when I saw this recipe and trust me it tastes amazing. You will absolutely love it if you like brinjal in your dishes. These were spicy crisp and crunchy snacks to enjoy in evening time with tea. Serve it with pudine ki chutni or sauce. Try these kind of amazing recipes at home and your family will be fan of your cooking skills. I cook mix of pakode like potato, onion, cabbage and now I add brinjal in it as well.
