Ingredients of Begun Pora
STEP : 1
Take some brinjal, onion, tomato green chilli, and coriander leaves all those things bring together and keep aside for cooking bagun tomato pora.

wash the brinjal and dry it then rub some mustered oil in to the brinjal and take a jhajri on the gas oven then on the gas oven andput the brinjal in it then rost the brinjal.

wash the tomato and dry it then rub some mustered oil in to the tomato and take a jhajri on the gas oven then on the gas oven and put the tomato in it then rost the tomato.

Then put the rosted brinjal and tomato in to a bowl for cooling the rosted brinjal and tomato for pill those.

Then pill the rosted brinjal and tomato and keep aside. Then chop the coriander leaves, chop the green chilli and chop the onion and keep aside and take some oil.

Hot a pan and add some oil in it then add the baked tomato and brinjal in to the hot oil then cook for two minutes in high flame.

Then add the chopped onion in to the cooked brinjal and cook for another two minutes in high flame and stare it well.

Then add the chopped coriander leaves in to the cooked brinjal and onion and cook for another two minutes in high flame.

Then add the chopped green chilli and salt in to the cooked brinjal and cook for another two minutes in low flame .

Serve this recipe hot in a serving plate and add some mustered on the top of the dish. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot steamed rice.
