A tasty combination of coriander leaves, green chilli, greeled tomato, greeled brinjal and mustered oil is an aromatic brinjal bharta with assorted vegetables and masala. Eaten with steamed rice or hot roti or paratha, It is a favourite with all members of the family

Ingredients of Begun Pora

1.00 no tomato
2.00 tbsp corianderleaveschopped
1.00 tbsp choppdgreenchillie

0.50 tbsp salt

Begun Pora

Take some brinjal, onion, tomato green chilli, and coriander leaves all those things bring together and keep aside for cooking bagun tomato pora.
