Spicy beetroot pulao is a rice based recipe where it contains spices and a very healthy and colourful veggie beetroot. Kids are usually filtering the veggies while eating for avoiding those it is totally different and innovative ideas to prepare a beetroot briyani using whole garam spices and other ingredients.

Ingredients of Beetroot rice

1.00 cup Basmati or bullet brand rice
2.00 no Beetroot
2.00 no onion
1.00 tbsp ginger garlic paste
0.25 tbsp mint leaves
0.25 cup coriander leaves
1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
0.25 tbsp garam masala powder
0.75 tbsp salt
2.00 no cloves
2.00 no cinnamon stick
1.25 tbsp turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp lemon juice
2.00 no green chilly
2.00 tbsp oil or ghee

Beetroot rice

Pick and rinse one cup of basmati or bullet brand rice,and soak them for ten to fifteen and then drain the water and keep aside,

Take two medium sized Onion and Slice them as thin and long slices,then slit two green chillies and pick some mint leaves,

Then take two medium sized beetroot scrape out the skin,rinse and fine chopped them as small cubes,

Heat a pressure cooker pan add one tbsp of oil and one tbsp of ghee and brings it to hot,you can also use any one as two tbsp quantity,

Beetroot pulao I have already eaten this recipe at my friend's place and I really loved it's taste but I never knew after seeing this recipe only I came to know it is so easy to make this pulao I always thought like it's difficult to make beetroot so yummy this way but now it is very easy for me to see this recipe I really felt like remembering those days when I used to cherish all these items but now because of less of time and thinking it is difficult to make I never tried it but this recipe has given a new idea to me of making the pulaos so healthy and awesome and different to look at ,I really like this recipe I will definitely go for it ,thanks for sharing it here.

Yesterday I tried this recipe and really it came out excellent.. I would suggest everyone try this recipe because it's really awesome in taste.. and moreover, beetroot is very good for health, usually, my 10 years old Daughter won't take beetroot ...every time I need to force her in order to have the beetroot.. but after looking at this recipe its became easy for me.. most of the time I am cooking this recipe with the help of beetroot and now she is eating very nicely... thank you so much for the recipe sharing with us..
