Spicy beetroot pulao is a rice based recipe where it contains spices and a very healthy and colourful veggie beetroot. Kids are usually filtering the veggies while eating for avoiding those it is totally different and innovative ideas to prepare a beetroot briyani using whole garam spices and other ingredients.

Ingredients of Beetroot rice

1.00 cup Basmati or bullet brand rice

1.00 tbsp ginger garlic paste
0.25 tbsp mint leaves
0.25 cup coriander leaves
1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
0.25 tbsp garam masala powder
0.75 tbsp salt

1.25 tbsp turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp lemon juice
2.00 no green chilly
2.00 tbsp oil or ghee

Beetroot rice
