Ingredients of Beetroot rasam

1.00 no Beetroot
2.00 tbsp Coconut
2.00 tbsp Oil
0.25 no Mustard
0.25 no Cumin Seeds
0.25 no Urad Dal
1.00 no Onion
3.00 no Green Chilly
6.00 no Garlic Flakes
2.00 tbsp Tamarind Juice
0.25 tbsp Chilly Powder
0.25 no Little Turmeric Powder
4.00 no Little Curry Leaves
3.00 no Little Coriander Leaves

Beetroot rasam

Boil the beetroot and cook well and chop into small cubes. Put the chopped beetroot into the mixer, add coconut and grind to make a smooth puree.

Heat a pan, add oil, mustard, urad dal, cumin seeds, green chilly, onion and garlic flakes and fry. Add tamarind juice and fry for 2 minutes.
