Ingredients of Beetroot poori
STEP : 1
In a mixer jar add two medium size fine chopped or grated beet root and grind as a fine paste to get fresh juice.

By adding little water gradually to get thick juice and filter it in to a bowl,grind it again if we need more juice from it.
STEP : 3
In a bowl add 1 1/2 cup of wheat flour and add needed salt then add the extract juice of beet root.
STEP : 4
Mix it well like a roti/poori dough and keep it soak for 30 minutes,and split it like small ball size dough.

In a Flatter place the small size flour dough and spread it like a small size shape by dusting the wheat flour which is shown in the picture.
STEP : 6
Heat a frying pan and add two cups of refined oil for deep frying and put the wheat dough spread in to it.
STEP : 7
when the dough gets comes up and turn another side and boil it for two minutes and now the healthy and colorful beet root poori is ready to serve.
