Child are craze about the breakfast like poori,so that we now add some additional nutritions to make poori very healthy and colorful,the color of this recipe is natural and so that likes by all age groups and health for all age groups.

Ingredients of Beetroot poori

1.50 cup Wheat Flour
0.50 cup Beet Root
0.50 tbsp salt
2.00 cup Oil

In a mixer jar add two medium size fine chopped or grated beet root and grind as a fine paste to get fresh juice.

Wow such great colour of poori, I never saw this type of healthy combination earlier beetroot as such is difficult to consume at times you know but this type of extracting the juice of beetroot and then putting into the wheat flour to make healthy Poori,this is really awesome recipe very nicely presented and it is like we never had an idea that even the poori could be made out so healthy with beetroot extract it's like really one of its unique and healthy recipe given over here definitely this time I am going to make all my pooris so colorful and healthy.
