Ingredients of Beetroot curry
STEP : 1
At first take the three vegetables and peel off its skin and cut it in to small pieces,size should be almost equal.

Then mix it altogether and wash it nicely, keep these sliced vegetables in a sieve type plate so that if there any excess water will go out.

Then take a motor pestle or hand grinder and put the small onion to it and add some dried red chilly powder.
STEP : 4
Grind it well using the motor pestle And then heat a pan,pour oil to it and add mustard to it, when it splutters.

Add the grinded shallot and red chilly powder to it,then saute it well and add curry leaves and green chilly to it.
STEP : 6
Saute it well and the Flame should be low, when it's nicely roasted add the sliced onion to it and stir well.

Then pour the sliced and washed vegetables to it mix it well and then close the pan and keep it for five minutes.
STEP : 8
After five minutes check the vegetables and stir it well, add water or oil if needed, and then close the pan for five minutes.
STEP : 9
Open the pan and check whether the vegetables is cooked or not it, then add coconut and salt to it, mix it well.

Then again close the pan and wait until the vegetables gets cooked well, stir it in every two minutes. When it's cooked off the flame.
