Quick Chutney is very easy and quick to prepare. It takes only 15 to 20 minutes. It’s an excellent home remedy for cold and helps to lower blood pressure and increase blood flow. Beetroot is also rich in Iron, helps fight cancer and inflammation, boosts stamina and helps in purification of the blood and liver. Lets try out this chutney.

Ingredients of Beetroot chutney

1.00 no Beetroot
1.00 tbsp Oil
3.00 no Garlic
1.00 no Tomato
1.00 tbsp Chana Dal
0.50 tbsp Tamarind
0.25 tbsp Mustard Seeds
0.25 tbsp Urad Dal
0.50 tbsp Salt

Beetroot chutney

Take all the ingredients and keep it ready Oil, Red Chilly, Garlic Flakes, medium size Tomato, peeled & chopped large beetroot, chana dal, tamarind.

Heat oil in a pan, add in chana dal, chilies and garlic. Fry till golden brown and remove to a blender.

In the same oil add in beetroots and tomatoes, mix well and cook till it turns light golden and put it in the same blender.

Add in tamarind and salt to the blender and make it into a smooth puree. Once ready, transfer to a bowl.
