Here we are using ridge gourd as a main ingridient and we are doing this pickle in a traditional way i.e by using the stone instrument which works like a wet grinder,i.e rubbu rolu by using this we are making this pickle which is taken with rice or some others like chapaties.

Ingredients of Beerakaya pachadi

1.00 cup Ridge gourd
0.50 cup tomato
0.50 tbsp mango paste
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp cumin
0.50 tbsp ginger
0.50 tbsp green chilies
0.50 tbsp sesame seeds

Beerakaya pachadi

Take the ridge gourd clean them and made in to the pieces and take one cup of that pieces,for the preparation.

Now add the raw mango paste of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well and with the help of rubbu rolu we are doing this pickle.
