Ingredients of Beerakaya pachadi
STEP : 1
Take the ridge gourd clean them and made in to the pieces and take one cup of that pieces,for the preparation.
STEP : 2
Take a pan and add oil of 2 to 3 table spoons to it and made it to heat for some time in a low flame only.
STEP : 3
Add those pieces to it and also add 1/2 spoon of green chilies to it and made it to cook for some time.

After that add tomato and made it to cook after that put off the stove and add coconut pieces to it for taste.

Now add the raw mango paste of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well and with the help of rubbu rolu we are doing this pickle.

Take that rolu and add some cumin and ginger to it and made it to a fine powder with a wood stick.

Add those cooked ridge gourd and chilies with t0matoes to it and made it paste with the help of that stick only.

Now add some coriander seeds to it in the between and made to fine powder and mix well with the paste.

After that add 1/2 table spoon of sesame seeds powder to it and mix well with that stick,in a light manner.

atleast finally add the required amount of salt to it and mix well with all in that ,and take in to the serving bowl.
