STEP : 1
Take all the ingredients given and keep them ready cut the onions roughly and also cut the tomatoes roughly cut the chilis roughly peel the skin of the garlic

STEP : 2
Remove the rough surface of the Ridge gourd and wash it thoroughly with clean water and cut them into small pieces as required

STEP : 3
Keep the cooker over the stove and add oil to it once the oil get heated then add mustard cumin seeds and curry leaves and garlic and Fry them nicely

STEP : 4
Once the garlic fried nicely in the oil then add green chillies to the oil and fry it nicely till the nice aroma comes

STEP : 5
Once all the ingredients what we add Fried nicely then and roughly chopped onions to the oil and fry it nicely till it turns to golden brown

STEP : 6
Then add Ridge gourd to the oil and fried nicely and also cook it for about 5 minutes in a low flame so that the water will come out

STEP : 7
After that add the turmeric powder and adequate salt to the vegetable and mix it well with the vegetable check it once

Finally add the roughly chopped tomatoes to the vegetable and mix it well and add adequate water to the vegetable and close the lid let it three whistles to come and mash it then serve the wounderful easy recipe
