Peerkangai what we call ridge gourd is a very healthy vegetable most of us make this as sabji but thus is quiet different and healthy which we can taste in road side shops this is very tasty and more over keeps our body cool during this summer

Ingredients of Beerakaya curry

0.50 kg ridgegourd
4.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp mustard
2.00 tbsp curryleaves
5.00 no greenchillies
