- 1.00 no Beef bheja
- 1.25 cup Oil
- 1.25 kg Onions
- 1.25 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1.25 tbsp Salt
- 1.25 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1.25 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 4.00 nos Green chillies

- These are the simple 9 ingredients required for the beef bheja fry in the home
- For bheja fry the first step you need to make the slices of the onions as shown for further process
- Next step put the frying pan on the stove and you need to add one glass of water in it
- After adding water now you need to put the half table spoon of turmeric powder in the frying pan
- After adding the turmeric powder you need to put the bheja in the frying pan and cook till the water soaks completely
- Till the bheja cook now you need to take another frying pan put on the stove and heat it and put 3 table spoon of oil in it
- After heating oil now you need to add the above made slices of onions in the frying pan as shown
- You need to cook the bheja till water soaks completely in this way as shown
- After cooking the bheja now you need to cut the bheja into small pieces as shown
- And then put it in the frying pan and put two table spoon of oil and just fry bheja for 2 minutes on low flame as shown
- When the onions get some brown colour you need to add the one table spoon of Ginger garlic paste in the onions
- Next you need to add half table spoon of salt or as per the taste in the frying pan and mix it well and put the flame on low medium
- And next you need to add half table spoon of red chilli powder in the frying pan
- Next you need to add half table spoon of turmeric powder in the frying onions pan
- Next you need to add the coriander leaves and green chillies in the frying onions pan and mix it well
- Next you need to add theabove fry bheja in the frying onions pan and add cook for 2 minutes
- After adding the bheja in the frying onions pan you need mix it well and cook and now bheja fry is ready
- Now the bheja fry is ready you can remove it in the plate and can serve to the family members to eat.
