For Beef Masala Preparation

STEP : 1
Mean while clean the beef using water and keep it aside . Use small sliced beef mine is too big .

STEP : 2
Then put this clean beef to a pressure cooker and add turmeric powder,pepper and salt to it ,mix it well .

STEP : 3
Pour some oil also and then close the pressure cooker and let it cooked . I not added any water to it . You can add if needed .

STEP : 4
When it is done drain off excess water if it have . And then chop the beef to small pieces .

STEP : 5
Then heat a pan and pour some oil to it , when it is hot add ginger ,garlic ,green chilly to it .

STEP : 6
Saute it well and then add the chopped onion to it ,then add curry leaves also . Keep flame low .

STEP : 7
Saute it well , then close the pan and let it becomes translucent and cooked well . When it is done .

Put some chilly powder , coriander powder , garam masala to it and stir well for two to three minutes .

Then add the cooked and chopped beef pieces to it , mix it well and add salt if needed . Close it

Let it nicely fried or set with the mix . Stir it in every two minutes . When it is done off the flame .
For Rice Puttu Preparation

STEP : 1
At the first step heat a pan or bowl along with water and salt in it , let it boil well .

STEP : 2
When it nicely boils put the rice flour to it and mix it well , we should add water about one cup or as per need to boil .

STEP : 3
Then keep it aside and let it cool , when it is nicely cool ,pour some flour to a mixer and grind it to get a smooth flour without lumps .

Our beef masala is ready , now we can do the filling ,keep the kudam or pot along with water at flame ,then take the puttu kana for filling .

At first put a spoon of coconut then two spoon of puttu podi and then pour two spoon of beef masala .

STEP : 6
Then again put puttu podi and then beef masala and at last puttu podi and coconut . You can do layering by alternately adding beef masala and puttu podi . Use chiratta kana also if you have .

STEP : 7
Keep it for cooking on the pot and let it cooked ,when the steam came out transfer to the serving plate and enjoy it . Our dish is ready to serve .
