This is my own recipe using beef , we usually won't use coconut milk with beef ,but I tried it and it came out really well . We can make this easily and gives a good result . We can take this along with ghee rice , white rice, chappathi , appam and many items .

Ingredients of Beef preparation

1.00 kg Beef
1.00 no Ginger
5.00 no Garlic
2.00 no Green chili
2.00 tbsp Mint leaves
1.00 tbsp Cumin seeds
2.00 tbsp Red chili powder
1.00 tbsp Coriander powder
1.00 tbsp Garam masala
1.00 tbsp Turmeric powder
0.50 cup Grated coconut
2.00 tbsp Salt

Beef Preparation

At the first step clean the beef using water and cut it to small pieces .Then drain off the excess water.

Then take a blender or mixer put ginger , garlic , mint leaves , green chilly ,pepper or its powder , cumin seeds .

Grind it well , then put beef in a pressure cooker and pour chilly powder , turmeric powder, coriander powder , garam masala and the grinded mix

Pour some salt also and mix everything well, pour little water and then close the pressure cooker and wait for five to six visils.

Heat a pan and put half of the grated coconut to it , it should be in low flame . Stir it .

Then pour coriander seeds and pepper to it saute it well and pour little garam masala also ,when it is nicely roasted off the flame.

Then grind this coconut mix using little water and keep it aside. Check whether the beef is cooked or not .

Then heat a pan pour oil to it and when it is hot add chopped ginger , garlic saute it and then add tomato and onion .

When it is nicely saute add the cooked beef along with the grinded mix of roasted coconut to it and mix it .

Close the pan let it nicely cooked . Mean while make coconut milk using remaining coconut , when oil is separated pour the coconut milk to it .

Then mix it well and again close the pan ,wait for ten minutes and then off the flame and pour some coriander leaves to it .

Our dish is ready to serve , serve hot along with ghee rice , chappathi or whatever you like ,enjoy with your family .
