Baked beans biryani is prepared by basumathi rice, soaked for 15 minutes and baked beans( available in markets as tinned food).

All the ingredients are listed with quantities. Onions and tomatoes, coriander, carrot, green chilly are grated before, the preparation starts.

This is the picture of the rice after soaking. Here tinned baked beans are used as the main stuff of biryani.

To start with take a pan and put ghee for melting. This melts in medium. Initially two spoons are needed for seasoning.

Then all the spices needed for biryani preparation are put in the pan. It includes laung, ilachi, leaf and paste( for flavour).

Also add onions, which boosts its taste to yummy. Allow the onions to cook in medium, till it becomes light brown in colour.

Finally, the biryani paste( available in markets), which brings the real flavour of the spicy biryani, to make the dish enjoyable.

It is then added with rice( basumathi). Stir the ingredients, till it is well mixed. Do not over stir, else it may break.

To the ingredients in the pan add one and half cup of water and also the salt. Stir it well. Cover the pan with lid.

In the mean time, take another pan and grease it with oil and ghee. Shallow fry the tomatoes, till it gravies to thick.

To this add the baked beans( as shown) and allow it to cook for sometime. Take the ingredients in another plate.

Also check whether the rice is cooked. Stir it well. Cover it with lid again, till it is cooked well and dry.

Put the required ajinomoto, to bring change in the taste of the rice. Stir it well and close the lid for few minutes.

Now add the gravy of baked beans to the rice. Allow to cook, till the gravy is well absorbed. Ghee can be added.

Stir it well. Do not forget not to break the rice, by constant stirring. This is now ready to be taken out.

Transfer the biryani into a serving bowl. Yummy and spicy biryani is now ready to garnish with vegetables. Add ghee at the end.

Wash the cut coriander and spread it over the rice. More coriander makes the dish more admirable and special and tastier.

Also adding dried methi is healthier and is also a good flavoured agent. Take a pan and season the oil with methi.

To complete, add the seasoning to the dish and spread it over the biryani. Hot, biryani is ready to be served.

Cut similar sliced carrots, lemon and green chilly into another bowl. Decorate it over the dish and serve hot. This serves five.
