Ingredients of Beans poriyal
STEP : 1
Take about 100 grams chawli and wash the same thoroughly and cut into small pieces about one cup pieces.
STEP : 2
Cut onion and tomato into small pieces. Cut green chillies,garlic clove into medium pieces. Cut curry leaves roughly and keep all cut pieces a side.
STEP : 3
Take a medium coconut and scrape the same till one table spoon. We need one table spoon so we can keep excess for other recipe.
STEP : 4
Take a medium pan and put oil into it. When oil get heat put mustard seed and when it starts to splutter add cumin into pan, Now add chopped garlic and stir till golden brown. Add chopped onion and stir till golden brown. When onion becomes brown add chopped tomato,green chilly and curry leave one by one. Cook till tomato becomes soft and now add turmeric powder and salt to taste. Add grated coconut one table spoon and stir well. Now add chopped chawli and little water to cook. Keep lid and cook for about five minutes. Now chawli sukka is ready to serve.
